AUTUMN 2021
In our "Food and Festivals Around the World" topic we enjoyed learning about Harvest Festival, Remembrance Day, Divali, Bonfire Night and the Rio carnival. We made carniival masks and Divali lanterns, For our Carnival day, we made cupcakes which we decorated,and tasted Brazilian sweets. We learned the Samba dance which we accompanied with drums.
We practiced our Samba dance moves with our Year 6 buddies.
Class 2,enjoy celebrating the end of RE topics with a class celebration where we reflect on our learning and understanding.
At the end f term Class 2 and Class 1 performed a wonderful performance of ‘ One Bright Star’ a nativity play.
